Many Nashville businesses faced challenges in 2021. Some companies faced the harsh realities of Covid-19 which resulted in layoffs. Others were unable to recruit new talent or retain existing employees with resignations at an all-time high. This year has been tough on many businesses. Thankful to keep our Nashville employees

We are thankful that despite challenging business conditions, we did not lay off or eliminate any positions. Even during the height of the pandemic, we managed to run our business efficiently so that we were able to keep all of our employees. In fact, we are hiring for two positions. Promote from within the organization

We are thankful that employees have been able to advance in their careers at Van Vending Service. We were able to promote several employees from within the organization.  Our goal has always been to promote from within when possible. Moreover, this approach strengthens our retention strategy.  It also shows employees that we recognize hard work and dedication.

Show employees appreciation

We are thankful that our Nashville business continues to be successful. Consequently, we were able to give pay increases this year to our hard-working team. The executive team was thrilled to show employees how much they are valued and appreciated.

Thankful for best-in-class refreshment solutions

Earlier this year, we announced no long-term contracts for our Nashville vending and smaller micro-market services. In other words, our clients will be able to get these refreshment services without having to commit for the long term. It’s a great way to “test” our refreshment services for your company.
